Hate (v.)
The emotion one feels for a city when, for three days out of the last four, there is no electricity.
e.g. I hate Bangalore.

went to the Bescom office.. got the number for the guys to complain to. called them up. they came 45 min later.. hit the fuse box on the lamp post a couple of times.. and voila.. there was electricity.. and i was poorer...
